Mindset Training

Grace has a warrior mindset and a get it done kind of attitude. She owes her success to her “failures” and “setbacks”. Slipping many times but never falling, Grace believes that composure, self-efficacy and patience, are some of the most important traits and competencies when setting out to achieve a challenge or a goal. She believes there is no such thing as failure – just feedback. She is a relentless optimist. Over the years, and through much trial and error, Grace has figured out the formula for overcoming negative situations and using these to thrive. Setbacks are always present – the secret is making that which impedes, us empower us. Grace has designed her own method of helping you achieve your next goal. Her four step process will help you go through the different phases of a challenge you may face. She will make sure you are mentally prepared and fully equipt with a mental tool kit before setting out to achieve your goal.

If you have a challenge or goal that you would like help with achieving, Grace’s mindset program will help you get in the right headspace for doing just that. The program goes through your challenge and prepares you mentally and physically to  give you focus and clarity to achieve your goal or challenge.

Your Challenge

When you face any challenge you need to fully think through the full process from start to finish. Starting with “your why” and everything in between such as the changes you need to make to your diet, lifestyle, training etc. In order to conquer this challenge you need to know how much time and energy you need to dedicate to it. Grace will comb through all the details and make sure you are mentally and physically prepared for the challenge ahead.

The 3 Step Process…

The reaction is the stage when you are first immersed into the challenge and the emotions and feelings that go along with it. The reaction is the initial “oh fuck moment” when the sheer panic and chaos happens in your body and mind. 

I want to highlight the different scenarios and reactions that go along with facing the challenge for the first time and teach you how to confront issues head-on and develop a level of composure in this unfamiliar territory. 


This is the stage when you have developed a certain level of proficiency in the task you are undertaking but you need the tools to progress you to stage three. You need to know exactly ‘how do I keep going?’ 

I will give you tools and methods that she has refined along my own journey of success and also the setbacks. 


This is when you are rising to the challenge. Now you need to focus, maintain composure and keep motivated to continue moving forward. 

I will equip you with the self-belief to grow and learn from whatever the result.
